I am in the process of planning a web site. I already own the domain name but not sure where to go next. I have some limited computer skills but do not know the first thing about desighning a web site. since i have a limited budget I would like to find a hosting company that is highly rated as far as adequate band width, and customer service etc. but will not break my pocket book on a monthly basis.
