If your current internet provider is Earthlink, AOL, SBC Global and others which provide a homepage; you can easily FTP your own webpage designs as a new homepage. And using a redirection service such as mydomain.com or the forwarding of a parked domain name at godaddy.com, you can easily "mask" the homepage URL with a proper domain name. So in a sense, you have a working ecommerce website disguised as a homepage while still paying your normal monthly Internet access fee. Good luck!

If this is for business purposes, you definitely do not want to use a free service. Not only is your data very insecure, you’re likely going to have frequent downtime (because they overload their servers; they don’t get very much income, so the server’s probably very low end, and they likely have a lot of users). Also, your website will likely be filled with advertisements, etc., which do not benefit you, and are more of a hassel for your visitors (or potential clients).
